FAQ

  • Tuition is $299 for a 2 hour private lesson with a maximum of 2 people.

    Additional hours may be added on for $99/hour.

  • All students should have at minimum the following rope kit for a beginner lesson. (available for purchase or rent at the studio)

    (1) 30ft or 40ft Rope.
    (1) 10ft or 15ft Rope
    (1) Safety Shears

    6mm hemp or jute rope is recommended, please avoid cotton or other softer fibers.

    For intermediate or advanced lessons, please bring 3 or more hanks of rope.

  • Students should dress in comfortable clothing appropriate for a classroom environment. Stretchy clothing such as Yoga, athleisure or gym attire are your best option. Jeans are not recommended.

    Bunnies (person being tied) should consider wearing shorts and a tank of some sort as shibari does work best skin to rope.

  • We have everything you will need available at the studio, including water and tatami mats. Feel free to bring your own water bottles, but please no open containers on the studio floor.

    Should you desire some additional comfort, please feel free bringing a yoga mat, pillow, blanket or hoodie.

  • Yes! If you would like to have a self tie private lesson we can certainly accomodate.
